The living room on the ground floor has an open fireplace, an air conditioning unit, a satellite TV set and a cosy sitting room suite with a coffee table.
Both the dining area with a dining table and 5 chairs, and the open-plan kitchen attach to the living area.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an air conditioning unit, a bathroom, and a storage room.

Two more bedrooms are on the top floor.
Each of them has 2 single beds, separate air conditioning, and access to the veranda with views of the Almirou Bay.
On the top floor there is also one more bathroom.
All air conditioning units can be adjusted separately. In wintertime or during chilly springtime and autumn nights, they can be switched to heating mode.

Water is heated in solar collectors, and there is auxiliary electric water heating.
|
Water and electricity are included, and so are the final cleaning and the bed linen. Towels will be changed once per week.
All existing cleaning tools and detergents are available for the guests' own use. Intermediate cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
In one of the bathrooms there is a washing-machine. A baby cot and a high chair will be provided for a fee.
