In front of the living area on the garden side, there is a terrace which is roofed by a pergola. Both the living room and the kitchen / dining area have access to the terrace.
In front of the dining area, there is a dining table with 4 chairs, and in front of the living room there is a glass table with a bench and another 2 chairs.
A staircase leads down to the sun terrace which frames the swimming pool.

On the west front there is a small garden, and front of it aside the sun terrace there is a barbecue facility.
Towards the sea there are green olive and carob groves in front of the the garden and the swimming pool, and from the veranda on the first floor one can enjoy panoramic views of the Almirou Bay.
By the drive there is room to park your car.
